I understand and know how to add and remove signatures from the signature tab, the problem is IT has embedded an email signature to appear when sending emails, that you cannot see at ALL before sending, it is an embedded, added signature done by IT. Is it possible to disable it from being auto-added to my outgoing emails? TIA!!!

Hi there,

Please press Alt + F11 to open the VBA window, and check if there is a code as shown below in ThisOutlookSession.
https://www.extendoffice.com/images/stories/comments/ljy-picture/Application_ItemSend.png

If there is, add an apostrophe before the code as shown below:
'Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)

'End Sub
So that the signature will no be added.

When you need the signature, delete the added apostrophes.

Amanda
