Quickly remove all footnotes from document in Word

It is easy to remove one footnote with deleting corresponding footnote reference mark in document. However, task looks arduous when we need to remove many footnotes for a long document. Click Kutools > Remove > Remove All Footnotes in Selected Range.
Remove all footnotes from whole document
If you want to remove all footnotes from the entire document, simply apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Remove > Remove All Footnotes in Selected Range, then click Yes in the confirmation dialog box. All footnotes will be removed from the document. See the following screenshots:

Remove all footnotes from a part of document
If you only want to remove all footnotes from a specific part of the document, first select the desired section, then apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Remove > Remove All Footnotes in Selected Range. All footnotes within the selection will be removed.
