Hoe kry jy die lys van aanhangsels se inligting in geselekteerde pos in Outlook?

Vir die ontvangde e-posse wat aangeheg is met aanhegsels, moet u soms die gedetailleerde inligting van die aanhangsels, soos die vertoningsnaam, lêernaam en so meer, ken. 1. Kies die e-pos met aanhangsels wat u die inligting van hulle wil kry.

2. Druk die alt + F11 sleutels op die sleutelbord om die Microsoft Visual Basic vir toepassings venster.

3. Dubbelklik dan die Project1 > Microsoft Outlook Object > ThisOutlookSession om die Project1 - ThisOutlookSession venster. Sien skermkiekie:

5. Press F5 sleutel op die sleutelbord om die VBA-kode uit te voer.

6. Nou 'n Macros dialoog verskyn, klik asseblief op die Run knoppie.

7. Nadat u die Run knoppie in die Macros dialoog, sal 'n nuwe boodskap venster geskep word met alle aanhangsels inligting van geselekteerde e-pos gelys in die e-pos liggaam. Sien skermkiekie:

    Hi - I'm trying to figure out a way to set an automatic response which lists all the attachments they have sent. If this can include a file index for folders that would also be brilliant.


    Basically - we receive emails with document submissions, I already have an automatic response set up to thank them for their submission but if this could now include "the documents you submitted are as below:... etc" that would help massively.


    If somebody could help with this that would be brilliant! Thanks!

    Hello. can you imagine any possibility to fetch/open a specific attachment directly from your list (e.g. a link embedded).
