There's no option presented for selecting Excel files as suggested in Step 3 above. And the mapping option is greyed-out, the box is inactive. No success.

In the select file type to import menu, my options are only 'Comma Seperated' and 'pst' files. Any way to add an option for Excel? I'm running Office 2013.

At step #3, I only am given the options for the comma separated files. I do not get the option of an excel file or the others listed. What do I need to change to allow excel files as an option.

I received the same error message "service provider does not support". Is there a fix?

Went through the procedures to import contacts into Outlook. It could not finish because "service provider does not support". What does this mean?
